About Elizabeth
Elizabeth Brewsaugh started making pieces in ceramics as a young girl at the L'ecole des Beau Arts in Montreal. Over the years she continued to take classes and seek her artistic niche. In the 70s the bird pot was born. The first bird pots were simplistic bowls with brown birds and were an instant success as she and her husband Leland went on the art show circuit. At times selling out just as the art show began. Bird pots became sought after she sells her work through dealers throughout the southeast. The bird pot evolved into the signature blue bird pot to all forms of ceramic bowls, vases, dishes with all types of birds and flowers. |
